How Travis Kelce Supported Taylor Swift on Her Record-Making Night at the Grammys 2024

Despite being miles away, Travis Kelce showcased his unwavering support for Taylor Swift at the 2024 Grammy Awards. The 34-year-old Kansas City Chiefs tight end expressed his support by liking an Instagram post from NPR featuring Swift posing on the red carpet at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.

Swift, 34, looked stunning in a white Schiaparelli gown and a custom-made Lorraine Schwartz vintage watch turned into a choker, set to midnight in honor of her nominated album. The post highlighted memorable red carpet looks from the 66th annual Grammy Awards, featuring celebrities like Taylor Swift, Janelle Monae, Miley Cyrus, and Jon Batiste.

Swift made history by becoming the first artist to win four Album of the Year awards, securing the prestigious honor for “Midnights.” During her acceptance speech, she expressed her joy, stating that while she would love to consider it the best moment in her life, she also finds happiness in various creative aspects of her career.

The pop star received six Grammy nominations for “Midnights,” including Best Pop Vocal Album and Song of the Year for “Anti-Hero.” Travis Kelce, Swift’s rumored beau, had clarified earlier that he couldn’t attend the Grammys due to football commitments. He humorously mentioned on “The Pat McAfee Show” that he wished to support Taylor but had practice on the same day.

Kelce, currently in Las Vegas for the Chiefs’ Super Bowl preparations, will be unable to witness Swift’s Grammy triumph in person. However, despite a 17-hour time difference, Swift is set to make it to the Super Bowl in Vegas the following day after her performance in Tokyo on February 10, as confirmed by the Japanese embassy in Washington, DC.

Super Bowl LVIII kicks off on February 11 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, and Swift is expected to cheer on the Chiefs wearing their distinctive red colors.
