SECCAP Claim Form 2024
The Board of Intermediate Education Karachi (BIEK) has announced new rules for students applying for first-year admissions in 2024-2025. Admissions across Sindh will now be based on Class IX results, with open merit seats reserved for students who have achieved A1 or A grades.

This year, the college zone system in Karachi will remain in place. Students without A1 or A grades can apply to any college in the city, while those with higher grades must apply to the colleges nearest to their location.
SECCAP Online Claim Form 2024
Government colleges in Karachi are divided into seven zones. For admissions, 30% of seats are allocated based on open merit, while the remaining 70% are determined by the student’s residential zone. This system ensures that students have a fair chance of gaining admission to a college near their home, with only those having A1 or A grades eligible for open merit seats across any zone. Students with lower grades must apply within their designated zones, increasing their chances of admission to a nearby institution.

A Guide To SECCAP Claiming Process
- You can’t change your faculty choice through the claim form, so be sure to choose carefully when filling out the placement form.
- Colleges will not accept students if their grades don’t meet the required merit, and such forms won’t be accepted.
- You cannot change your top eight choices for colleges or high schools at this stage.
- If you move the form, it becomes invalid.
- Applications must be submitted at official claim centers; SECCAP headquarters won’t accept paper forms.
- Forms are only available at specific locations.
- Only original forms are accepted—no photocopies or copies.
- Include a copy of the receipt and the digital form with your application.
