- 1st year/1st-semester students of a 4-year BS/BSc program studying in any HEC-recognized university and college can apply for Prime Minister Youth Laptop Scheme 2023. 60% marks in the annual examination and 70% marks in the semester/3.00 CGPA wise.
- 1st year/1st-semester students of a 2-year master’s degree program with 60% marks are eligible for PM Youth Laptop Scheme 2023 deadline.
